Service
Melpro provides AI-powered phone, text, chat and scheduling automation to local service businesses ("Clients"). When you contact a Client that uses Melpro, our systems may answer, respond and schedule on the Client's behalf. The Client remains responsible for the services it provides to you.
Text messaging terms
- By calling a Client, submitting a form that includes consent to receive texts, or texting a Client first, you agree to receive text messages related to your request, such as appointment confirmations, follow-ups and customer service.
- Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 10 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email herman@melpro.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Engagements with Clients
Scope, pricing, timeline and ownership for each build are set out in a written agreement before work begins. Unless that agreement says otherwise, Clients own the custom code and configuration built for them, and may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our systems, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
Our systems use artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce errors. Appointment times, quotes and other details are subject to confirmation by the Client. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melpro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the most recent billing period.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
